This Privacy Policy describes how ArcRWD (“ArcRWD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites and the Text2Treat by ArcTo.ai messaging service (“Text2Treat,” and collectively the “Services”).   • SMS opt-in and consent records, including the date, time, and method by which you consented to receive text messages, and your subsequent opt-out requests.
  • Message content and metadata exchanged through the Text2Treat service, such as the messages you send and receive and related delivery information.
  • Usage and device information automatically collected when you visit our websites, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and support the Text2Treat messaging service;
  • Send you the messages you have opted in to receive, including treatment and care reminders, account and service notifications, and two-way customer care responses;

  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services; and
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Mobile Information & SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you opt in to the Text2Treat service, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are used solely to deliver the messaging service you requested and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with the service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS Messaging Terms for full details.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as SMS delivery (e.g., our messaging platform provider), hosting, and customer support — and who are bound by contract to use the information only to provide those services. This does not include sharing mobile opt-in data or consent, which is never shared for marketing purposes.
  • Legal and safety. When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful government requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ArcRWD, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this Policy.

5. Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Text2Treat. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will stop sending you SMS messages unless you opt in again. 6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to satisfy our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations — including retaining SMS consent and opt-out records for the period required by applicable law.

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Rights
