3. SMS Messaging Terms (Text2Treat by ArcTo.ai)

These SMS Messaging Terms apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent through the Text2Treat by ArcTo.ai program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Text2Treat sends treatment and care reminders, account and service notifications, and two-way customer care messages to users who have opted in. The program supports customer care conversations, so you may both receive messages from us and reply to us.

Opt-In & Consent

You will only receive text messages from Text2Treat if you have provided your express consent — for example, by enrolling online, submitting your mobile number through our forms, or texting us to begin. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with the service.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. ArcRWD does not charge for the messages themselves; please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from Text2Treat. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile opt-in information and consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ArcRWD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
